 The following is a list of ticket prices through the years.  Prices sometimes went up several times each year so the tickets listed are samples from that particular year.  Many different types of tickets were available each year with different prices so this list is far from comprehensive.  


1971
7 Adventure Ticket Book:
Adult: $4.75
Junior (12-17): $4.25
Child (3-11):  $3.75

11 Adventure Ticket Book:

1974

General Public 8-Ride Ticket Book (included one A, B and C ticket, two D and 3 E tickets):

General Public 12-Ride Ticket Book (included one A, B ticket, two C, and four D and E tickets):
Adult: $6.75

This 1974 adult 12-Ride Ticket book cost $6.75.  The cover has been removed for admission on the Monorail.  Only the C and B tickets are still intact.  The C ticket would get you in to one of the following: Grand Prix Raceway, Peter Pan's Flight, Snow White's Scary Adventures, Mr. Toad's Wild Ride, or the Swiss Family Island Treehouse.  The B ticket would get you into: Main Street Cinema, Dumbo the Flying Elephant, Mad Tea Party, Frontierland Shootin' Gallery, or Mike Fink Keel Boats.  There is a checklist in the back of the book that lists all of the attractions in the park.

These passports from 1980 were for Resort guests.  For a Day guest passport, see 1981.  The following 1980 ticket scans are courtesy of Brotherdave at LaughingPlace.com.  Not only was the ticket good for three days of park admission, it also included River Country and Discovery Island.

The price of this ticket was $29.25.

On November 23, 1980, "10-Adventure" ticket books were introduced.  These replaced A through E 8-ride and 12-ride ticket books.  The tickets in the new book were good at any Magic Kingdom attractions. A through E tickets were discontinued in preparation for the opening of Epcot Center.  

1981

New this year for Magic Kingdom Club members only was a One-Day Passport that allowed unlimited use of all Magic Kingdom attractions (except the Shootin' Gallery).

Child: $9.50

River Country (General Public)
Adult: $6.50
Child: $4.25

Here's an Adult Two-Day Passport from 1981.  It came with a string so you could wear it as a ticket fashion statement.  The price was $20.00.  According to the back of the ticket, "Walt Disney World Co. collects a $3.00 transportation charge for this ticket as agent for WED Transportation Services, Inc."

1982

Commemorative tickets for Epcot Center went on sale before the park opened.  Each ticket was good for 3-Day unlimited admission and use of attractions at both parks.
Adult: $30.00
Junior: $24.00
Child: $18.00
This was also the year that tickets with Magnetic strips were first used on some tickets.

By the end of 1982, the price of 3-Day adult tickets increased again.

1983
